Ihave a problem with a soft top on the Alfa Spider 939 (build year 2007). When I am trying to open the soft top, process stops just before roof should be raised from windshield.:rant: Everything stops, including the hydraulic pump, so i suppose it is an electrical problem? But sometimes it works, the closing cycle works every time.

One side of the hood completely down but the other side has about 1/4" gap & when driving I can see the hood bouncing up & down particularly at speed.

Ive found that the cable has a tendency to spring back out when the lid of the storage box is closed, so I've pushed it all the way in and left the lid up, and hey presto, SupportedAlfa Romeo Models. Thisis a new flap position sensor for the 939 Flap Motors. Whilst you can get new flap motors in their entirety now, the new style ones will suffer from the same issues as the older style design wherein the positional track gets damaged over time causing the roof failure fault.
